Why did you get into adjusting?
After being a Body / Frame Technician for 22 years it was a logical next step in my career to become an Adjuster.

What’s your favorite part of being an adjuster?
Being outside in the repair field working with Insurance Companies and Shops helping customers navigate through the repair process.

I have been in the Automotive repair industry for 35 years. I started my career as a Body/ Frame technician in 1985. I transitioned in 2007 to writing estimates and managing. In 2011. I became licensed as a MN Independent Adjuster working with American General Adjusting handling claims in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
