I have been in the collision repair industry since 1997. I started my career working at a dealership collision center in the NE metro as an estimator. In 1999 I transitioned into a management role for a collision center in the south metro. In late 2003 I transitioned to an insurance claims adjusting role. During my 14-year career with the insurance carrier, I was a auto physical damage adjuster, manager and claims administrator.
